stolenvalourMax is an Angel, part of the Celestial class. He has the following traits so far:
Bird-like wings, up to six and capable of flight. Or capable of levitation by running on air.
Max has six wings. They are each about a foot long and gun-metal grey, sprouting in groups of three off the back of his shoulder blades. When not in use, they fold down over the tops of his shoulders like big fluffy pauldrons. When flying, they twirl around likehelicopter vertibird blades. This makes zero biological sense but it's hilarious and so I'm going for it.
SPARKLES Aether magic: can create and control light, and form attacks and shields out of shining aether. Access to light manipulation in the form of shimmering and glittery projections. Can slightly brighten dark spaces just enough to see. Can also form these lights into sharp projectile spells.
If you can't bring your manufactured power armour along from canon, then organic is fine. Max uses light magic to make himself a suit of power armour, and shootssparkles light bullets from it.
Guardian Compulsion: driven to protect a person or a place. Also drawn to kindness, nobility, or similar expressions of purity, and driven to protect them.
Right now, this mainly applies to Lucy, but other characters are welcome to befriend him and apply.
Cleansing Magic: can quickly shed dirt, minor hurts, etc from themselves, an object, or a willing person. With expended energy can heal major damage (cuts, broken bones, etc) or illness. Can also heal poisons and disease, and purify food.
It is only fitting that a gross stinky Wasteland boy would figure out how to make things clean and pure.
Traits from other builds
From Fae: Shifting form, difficult to remain stable if emotional or distressed, may become even impossible to look at clearly.
After all the talk about Biblical angels that Edward has spread around the convoy, it's time for an actual Biblical angel to appear. When distressed, Max's aether magic will cause him to look like a full blown, flaming wheel, multiple eyes, BE NOT AFRAID angel. Would you want to see that clearly? People in the Old Testament didn't!
